Breakfast: Apple

Snack: Vega Whole Food Vibrancy Bar - Green Synergy

Lunch: Unsalted Rice Crackers with Allegro Lactose Free Herb & Spice Cheese. And Steel Cut Oats with Frozen Mixed Berries, Sprinkle of Cinnamon & Vanilla Rice Milk

Dinner: Spaghetti Squash served on Top of Spinach with Sauteed Zucchini, Mushrooms, Eggplant in a Red Wine and Herb Tomotoe Sauce Topped with a Crumbled Amy's California Burger & Grated Allegro Lactose Free Herb and Spice Cheese!

Snacks: Herbal Tea AND Guilty Pleasure - Chapmans Neopolitan Frozen Yogurt:) So good, but late at night- I do not advise normally - but sometimes it is ooohhh so necessary!

Wednesday:

Breakfast: Apple

Lunch: Le Select Bistro on Wellington Street. French Bistro. Colleen and I shared the Steam Roasted Salmon Fillet with a red wine beurre rouge, on a bed of lentils AND Cepe Mushrooms ragout with whole wheat seitan and almond, seared polenta, tomatoe jam, roasted Fall Vegetables. AND FOR LUNCH DESSERT Creme Brule with Mixed Berries & Chocolate Hazelnut Biscotti :)

Today is my very good Friend's Birthday. And so...I dedicate today to Lady F! Birthdays are fabulous opportunities to celebrate ourselves! To celebrate our growth and all of our experiences and learning and changes over the past year and to all of that of which we wish to celebrate and strive for in the upcoming year! I toast you not to this day, this week or month - but I toast you to today and for all of your happiness to expand! For the people in your life to be good to you and for you to be even better to yourself! I wish you health, insight, and many days where your heart is warmed inside. This has been an amazing year for you and I am so happy and proud of you! To your new jobs, your man, your fabulous dedication to keeping healthy and fit, and all of your revelations in your journalling and writing and understanding of yourself! Let others see that effortless glow! Trust me lady - you are getting better with age!!! I will not bring up the bottom cupboard headshots! xo LOVE
